Where you configure a third-party provider, that provider's terms, privacy policy, data controls, retention rules, and account settings may also apply. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring those provider settings appropriately for your use case.

Account or organization deletion requests are processed and queued. Active product data will be removed after processing, subject to legal, billing, security, abuse-prevention, and operational needs. Backup copies may persist for a limited period, typically up to 90 days, before they are overwritten or removed through normal backup cycles.
Content published, sent, exported, synced, or shared with third-party services may remain available on those services under their own terms and retention practices.
